Planning

  • Come visit us at 35 Westbourne Road, Central, Port Elizabeth to view our range of suits and accessories. 
  • Hours of opening are Monday to Friday 08h30 - 16.45  Saturday 08h30 - 13h00 and selected Public Holidays 09h00 - 13h00.
  • We require the following information: function type, function date, colour scheme and the style or theme of your function.
  • If you are from out-of-town please do not hesitate to email or call in order to discuss measurements. Download and complete our measurement chart (found in the sidebar), complete it and email  it to us so that we can get your outfit ready for fitting and collection prior to the event.

 

Prices

  • This depends on which suit you choose. Prices from R320 to R610 per suit. 
  • Individual prices for accessories (which can be hired without hiring a suit). 

 

Fitting

  • Hire Society offers professional advice and service for the perfect fit.
  • Accessory variations can be suggested.

 

Collecting and Returning

  • Collection is done the day before the function. Arrangements can be made to accommodate functions being held out-of-town.
  • Returning your outfit is done on the Monday after a weekend function or the next morning after a mid-week function. Returns must be in the original packaging by a designated person.
  • Damaged or neglected items will be charged to the client.
  • Late returns will be charged accordingly.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% on items not collected

 

Payment Requirements

  • Payments by credit card or cash to be made on booking.
  • Electronic fund transfers are to be made prior to collection. Proof of transfer is required.
  • Cheques are unfortunately not accepted.
  • No refunds available.
